Original Artwork
Every painting is an original artwork created by Katie Lovatt unless otherwise stated.
Commissions
Commissions are created in my signature textured style. While colours, size and overall direction are discussed together, every painting develops intuitively and artistic decisions remain at my discretion.
Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a commission booking.
The remaining balance is payable before the artwork is dispatched. Due to the bespoke nature of commissions, they are non refundable.
Timescales
Estimated completion times will be discussed before work begins. Occasionally additional drying time or unforeseen circumstances may extend these times.
Colour Representation
Every effort is made to accurately photograph artwork. Colours may vary slightly between screens and devices.
Copyright
Copyright remains with the artist.
Artwork may not be reproduced, copied or used commercially without written permission.
Liability
Once artwork has been delivered safely, responsibility transfers to the purchaser.
