Delivery & Returns

Delivery

Artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely.  Most UK delivery costs are included in the prices of the artwork or confirmed before payment for commissioned pieces.

 

Delivery Times

Ready-to-ship artwork will normally be dispatched within 3–5 working days (unless custom framing is required).

 

Commission times will be agreed upon before work begins.

 

International Delivery

International shipping may be available. Please contact me before ordering for a delivery quotation.

 

Returns

Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned artwork, commissions cannot be returned unless the artwork arrives damaged.

Original ready-to-purchase artwork may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided it is returned in its original condition without damage or tampering.

Damaged Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours and include photographs of both the artwork and the packaging so I can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
